About Muddy Boots
Muddy Boots believes the key to happy children in its nurseries (and happy parents) is happy staff. They'd tried several ways to keep people happy — rewards, incentives, open conversations — but had no real way of measuring progress, especially with teams always up and about looking after children.
They needed a way to measure happiness and facilitate conversations, without it becoming just a place to dump complaints. That's when they found Friday Pulse.
Even though Muddy Boots teams aren't desk-based, the focus on happiness let them put systems in place for people to participate in quick, weekly results conversations. Because leadership communicated clearly that the platform wasn't invasive monitoring, participation was high from the start — morale rose within weeks and frustrations got resolved before festering.
